In our little backyard, adventures did start,
Nature’s classroom, where lessons impart.
Climbing the trees, chasing the bees,
Feeling the wind, and skinned knees.
Building forts, and imaginary lands,
With sticks and stones, in tiny hands.
Every leaf, every stone turned,
Held a story, a lesson learned.
Sunset tales, under the starry dome,
In our backyard, we found a home.
For every play, and laughter’s ventures,
Were lessons from our backyard adventures.

木を登り、蜜蜂を追いかける、
風を感じ、ひざをすりむく。
砦を建て、想像上の土地を作る、
小さな手で、棒と石を使って。
すべての葉、すべての石が裏返される、
物語があり、教訓が学ばれた。
星空の下の夕日の物語、
